Do you mean the Patreon rewards from EGS HQ?
And if yes, when did you try to collect them? And what do you mean that you didn’t receive the tokens?

I see in the database that you already collected most of the rewards. What happened to the tokens from that?

I’m referring to the free resources you receive after purchasing a Patron, where you’ll find the core and flight device associated with your subscription. I received the core, but when I tried to claim the free XL resources, I received neither the resources nor the token.

I don’t know Polish time :slight_smile: I need the server time please. You can use cb:time in-game or see the current server-time in the right side-menu here in the forum.

I haven’t heard of anyone just not getting the tokens before. Did you press escape to exit the dialogue or see any kinds of exception? And did you check if it maybe dropped onto the floor instead of going into your inventory?

That’s the last question I have for now, then we can help :slight_smile:

Nothing fell to the ground, and I didn’t receive anything.
If I had received something, the log would have said I had.
After the conversation ended, nothing was added to my inventory, nor did a window display the items to be collected.

I was very surprised that I didn’t receive anything, and yesterday I received the alien core normally, but today unfortunately I didn’t receive the resources.

Alright, thanks for clarifying. Normally, we would need a video to be able to help with an issue like this, since we don’t have logs over what happens to individual items.
But as an exception, @RexXxuS should be able to give you a new XL resource package. It’ll probably be a day or two before he responds, though.

Hmmm, I never heard of it either. The database shows clearly, that you clicked at the option and it got delivered.
Maybe your inventory were full. I don’t know. You should have got the Token.

For now, we trust you and I gave you the XL Package manually you have to claim with the command yourself (do:rp:xl)
