I need help please

What happened?
=> Purchased an Alien core. Issued command to spawn alien core “do:rp:ac”. The dialogue box that warns you to have room etc… popped up. I click “yes”. The inventory transfer screen showing the alien core never popped up. Tried using the command again it it told me I do not have any remaining uses for that command. I want back to the supporter page and purchased another alien core. Used the same command and it worked the second time. Seeking a refund or replacement of the first alien core that failed to deliver. Thank you guys

I just checked, and it should come back if you use ocd:restore. If the window didn’t show up, it may be because you had another window open of some kind, such as a constructor or container.
