I need help removing ghost ships

What happened?
=> I have recycled alot of Legacy Decimator and Legacy Infector. But now structure commander shows me that they are still ther and rerver tells me to remove them, but I cant.
Helb me to remove them.

I tried to delete those now.

Did not work, server still threatens to delete my ship.

I have repeatedly had this error over the last week. Mostly with captured CVs but also with my own things. However, I have found that if you recycle and then delete the vessel in question (on structure commander) then this no longer occurs (or at least it hasn’t to me). Otherwise flying to the exact same spot as you recycled something days later using its co-ordinates can be quite time consuming.
