I need help stuck ship between orbit and planet

=> The ship got stuck between the planet and orbit. It doesn’t appear in the game, the commands don’t work, and I’ve tried everything I could but have no way to recover it. If you could kindly make it appear again, I would be very grateful. I understand you must be very busy at the start of the season, no worries, I’m in no rush with that ship. Best regards!

Hey, @JazzyNature. Welcome back

When ships randomly disappear, there are usually one of two bugs at play:

1. The ship is completely deleted, and will show as such in Structure Commander, once you’ve been near the location where it is/was for a few minutes.
2. It will be missing ingame, but still show as not deleted in Structure Commander. When you’ve been near its current location for ~10 minutes, it usually magically reappears.

Both of these require you to be within ~2km of the ship, deleted or not, on the same playfield.
There’s no way to know which bug is at play without trying.

If it gets deleted in Structure Commander, then you can restore the ship yourself using cb:restore:49085.

Should it not reappear after those ~10 minutes, let me know again, and I’ll restore it instead.

Thanks for the quick response! I tried the command you mentioned, but it didn’t work, the ship also doesn’t appear as deleted in the Structure Commander. I’m at your disposal in case there’s anything I need to do in-game.

Did you go to the physical location where the ship is at, and wait there for ~10 minutes?

Should the original ship magically reappear, you must delete it. Keep the copy I just spawned
The colors can be fixed using a repairbay.

Also just for your info. There’s a chance you’ll be taxed for the deleted ship tomorrow morning. If that happens, just let me know, either in this or a new ticket, and I’ll refund it.
