normally you have to be in an OCD zone to use the OCD.
there’s usually a one-week grace period before and after a wipe. that grace period has ended.
This period is only to take out stuff not to put inside and also outside an OCD zone you can take thing out, but you have to pay a sum of credits. If you write OCD:info, you can find the information. Also, the one week was until 22 February, but I could use this until yesterday that means that it is not that reason
that is the reason, rex just forgot to disable global access until he was reminded.
OCD zone is always required for sending and receiving during a season.
then what are the charges on the ocd:info command.It says costs outside of an ocd zone
fighter origin, master origin, and master patreon are allowed to get things from the OCD without being in a zone but there is a cost.
global sending access for all is only enabled during the wipe grace periods.
