What happened: INC was camping the entry to homeworld with several ships and destoyed my ship before I even left the warping screen.

Entry as in what entry? Warpgate?
Like Lord of the ping said. It depends on if it was Supergate camp, or normal warp camp. If it was warp camp, it was illegal, and rex, or jascha will probably handle that. If it was supergate, it is sadly legal, because the field you can warp in, is so big(6x6km i think?).
It was a normal warp camp: Atlantis > Homeworld.
Then just wait until rex or jascha, see’s this topic, and they’ll handle it.
It couldn’t have been an accident as they claim; there were at least three of them there and my ship was inoperable before I even left the warping screen.
