Im stuck in Titan Orbit

Hi
I entered in Titan orbit by mistake. I dont knew that it not possible jump from this orbit and there is a several enemy bases camp around warp portal. I cant close for jump. i try stay to 2.2 km from portal and this one not activated and if i close more, the bases fire on me
