=> When you first connect to the server, about 600 megabytes are downloaded, which are necessary for the game. Without them, some game objects and inventory icons are missing. Is it possible to download these files separately? Also, installation instructions.

They are automatically downloaded when you join the server, as you also say. Why isn’t that enough for you? :slight_smile:

It’s possible that this download is being blocked; the problem started about a week ago. It’s impossible to access the site without a proxy, plus the download of these mods is blocked.
I currently access the site through a proxy, but I also need a separate mod set; it’s impossible to play without it.

Technically it’s possible to download the shareddata manually, but it’s only a temporary solution and not a good one. I can’t find you the data, though, since you skipped the entire support template which I need :slight_smile:

Please go to Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Cache and delete your cache in here. Then try to rejoin and see if that starts the download automatically.

I cleared the cache. When I log into the game, the 636.2 MB download starts. But it stays there for a few minutes. Then it just loads, connects, and the game itself is without these add-ons.
Let me add – please understand – your site is currently unavailable in Russia without a proxy. It’s blocked. And it looks like add-ons are also blocked; I don’t know where they are.
And while I can access the site through a proxy add-on in my browser, it doesn’t work with Steam.

The site and download may not be related, but access to both was lost at the same time.

Thanks. I have no clue why your problems started.

If you download the below file, put it into your Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Cache directory, and then unzip it, then your problems should be fixed… temporarily. Next time there’s an update your cache will be outdated, and you may experience problems again.
This is not really a good solution. It’s the only one I have, though.
