Technically it’s possible to download the shareddata manually, but it’s only a temporary solution and not a good one. I can’t find you the data, though, since you skipped the entire support template which I need 
Please go to Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Cache and delete your cache in here. Then try to rejoin and see if that starts the download automatically.
