My best guess here would be that you had another window open ingame or something like that, and for some reason the OCD items were declined, but due to the other window they couldnât be returned.
Without a video, though, the best I can do is guess ^^
Having another window open ingame will prevent the items window from coming back, and then youâll lose your items, and we wonât have logs about it 
Checking your inventory, the items being rejected makes sense to me. Used weapons or armors canât go into your OCD, so they would be declined for that reason. The moment you shoot even once, you canât put it back in the OCD anymore.
Also, origin weapons in general canât go into OCD, so thatâll also be rejected.
The only item in your inventory that could go into the OCD was your detector, which did indeed also go in there successfully.
