Items in backpack lost after patch

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> Probably same problem as reported by some other players. After patch at around 10am almost all items in my backpack are gone. When I logged in there was a CoQ error message and it looked like I don’t have a suit since I had 0 oxygen and started suffocate (in Saturn Five station hangar!). Pressing Continue button did not helped, message appeared again and again, so I closed game window. When I logged on again I have almost empty backpack.

Player(s) with issue:
=> Old-Magic

Server:
=> HWS EU

Time (cb:time):
=> around 10am

Playfield:
=> ECC Orbit - Saturn Five station

How can we help you now:
=> Any chance you can recover my backpack?

Can you please send me your client logs?
Don’t know why or what.

Also it seems not everything was gone… this is before and after ?

You see some items are the same at the same location.
What happened to the others?

Hi RexXxus, yes, its the content before and after. Some items stayed in backpack the others were just gone.
