Jumper RunnerZ mission didn't load correctly and I had to reconnect

What happened:
=> While I was trying to teleport to the instance ‘Jumper RunnerZ’ it just stopped loading and I sat at a empyrion screen for a few minutes before reconnecting.
When I logged in and re teleported to the mission there was no bag to retrieve and I lost some great epic mods.

There is missing information.
A backpack only drops if you die or the time runs out.
A disconnect alone does not cause you a backpack loss.
