How can we help you now: Nothing really needs to be done for me, per se, but it doesn’t seem right that you can warp in that close to a hostile POI.

I will reposition orbit POIs more carefully in the next season!
Depending on the “luck” there are some situations like this at the moment.
Binomi -> Homeworld for example.
