You have already logged into the server since the wipe and waited a couple minutes then checked again?
The contents of your OCD won’t update with the new season until after you have played on the server this season.

its all there. Just keep in mind (I forgot that too) that its not converted to Ore but in Ingot.
I send you an example from your OCD via PM

its not in , also my friend Hypno wich has almost empty ocd specially for this has not one ingot received

i send you more info privatly

it gives 100 slots of ingots as result so its clear it isnt there

The example I send you contains the proof of the change. I can send you all of them if you want.
But it worked and was done.

i have same problem as my friend area51
i paid for keep resources packet !
my factory was fully loaded , so it gives normally +100 slots ingots and i havent seen a single ingot , ocd were no ingots or ore presents , specially cleared for this

so its obvious something is wrong here !
