What happened:
=> I have build a small base on Atlantis and put down the land claim device. Few days ago another player had build a base 100m away from me and also put down the land claim device. Now i can’t build anything on my base. Are the claim devices then working or not? Or is the last claim device in area overwriting older ones, what i believe shoudn’t be happening?

no, device is above ground and it was working (yellow zone was shown on map).
The question is how did he managed to build/spawn a base so near to me (100m from my nearest block) that Land claim device did allowed it? And why is now his Claim device not allowing me the same? Why can’t i to build anything any more at same distance from him?
