Large support package, did not get everything

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
Purchased a Large supply packet, tried to transfer (yes I was connected to my ship to store everything) and it did not transfer, I then put some things in the hotbar, dropped one item and the screen closed and I lost half of my large support package. The money is sent your way but I only got half the items.

What happened?
=> did not get all my paid for stuff do the screen closing

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> HWS RE2 NA

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Purchased a large supply crate, tried to transfer things and was linked up to a bigger holding, it did not transfer, I moved things to hotbar, dropped an item and then the screen closed and I lost half of what I paid for.

On which Playfield?
=> Yarth Sector

Structure Name(s)?

Also just to make sure; the items you lost, that was because they were left in the popup window? And not because you dropped them or lost them some other way?

I dont post many tickets so after I posted, I realized I left stuff out and edited it to include the information

must be, I am trying to think what happened, maybe I closed the screen on accident, but I wouldnt throw away money, I linked my container, saw the hotbar area yellow and tried to transfer and it didnt work, tried to drop something and then the screen closed. I had gotten some of what I paid for but not all. just wanted to try to reach out and see if I could get what I paid for still.

You can only close the popup window with the items 3 times, then it doesn’t come back.

If you opened a container or so, while it was open, the window would be forced to close, and unable to open back up.
That’s why it was gone.

If the above is what you lost, I can return it no problem.
I put it all into your backpack now :slight_smile:
