What happened?
=> I am still learning about this game and getting the hang of things and I was trying to rearrange inside my ship to better fit components. I removed all the generators, cpus, shield components etc to move them and also removed my core to place a new one in a different spot. I did not know the ship was going to power back on automatically when i placed a new core and when i did so two of the three small auxiliary cpu units I spent a lot of time effort and frankly money on acquiring blew up. I know this was my fault but since it was for lack of knowledge and since I am patreon and good supporter I was hoping that this once you could help me by replacing those two cores for me. I learned a valuable lesson but as it stands without those cores my ship as is will be inoperable unless i strip it down a lot. Can you please help me out this time? I won’t make the mistake again.

I misspoke, likely because I am tired. The aux cores were not the small ones. This happened on my CV so they were the aux core construction kit for placement on a CV.
sadly that’s the nature of the beast here in Empyrion Galactic (see how long u can) Survival. honestly it’s best to ask the community for help in situations like this. admins are here to help with bug issues. not for things working as intended. otherwise they would have a full time job fixing player mistakes. i recommend joining a group to help u learn what not to do and recover faster if u do it anyway
side note: this is a donation server. we are a community, not a company. everyone gets the same treatment no matter what they pay.
The community / HWS Marketplace is your place to go in such situations

Thank very much you RexXxus and I understand everything you say. I apologize for overstepping, I was only trying to bolster my request and will not bring it up further. I hope I have not upset you or anyone else in any way. I can say this for certain; I love this game very much and I am floored with everything HWS brings to the table and all the dynamics and functionality that it adds to the game. The reason I subscribed to support is because I am immediately enjoying this server and the community so much and plan on being here for a long time. It is a lot to take in but that is part of why it is so exciting and as you said the season is almost over, I am just trying to learn as much as I an so I am ready to dive into next season, find a faction to play with and support and begin to pay forward all the wonderful advice the awesome people in this community provide. Again, thank you for your help and any mistakes I make going forward will be kept to myself and used as a learning experience no matter the situation. Your support with the two tickets I have submitted is one of the many reasons you will see me here for a long time to come and even though I am new I think it goes without saying that all the work you put into making this all possible is widely appreciated.

In the past there were some players who just thought I’m corrupt and real money fixes all issues. They found out their evil plan didn’t work out and rage quitted pretty hard, with some insults in ma face as farewell. That’s the pattern what worried me first.

And don’t hesitate to make tickets, especially when bugs happen - in this alpha game more than likely.
