Liberator in San Blachole wiped

Hi Srry for bothering so much. My brother Kooler had his lib respawned due to the dancing cv glitch. NOte it was spawned for him on San black hole and he decided to go fetch it just before wipe. Is it possible to get the cv or is it lost.
