I’m the owner of the Guardian faction EFA on the NA server. Since most of the pirates have left us, I was thinking of doing a CB:reset. What will happen to my faction and my autominers that are factioned?

They will no longer be accessible by you and they will be removed 
your other faction members can access them however, keeping in mind the decay time
very good, in regards to my faction, will it be disbanded? or will I just lose ownership and it will go to someone else or do I need to designate someone?
Your faction will be left without a owner but anyone you appoint admin can still do everything they need to and promote more people.
