What happened?
=> I was doing the Loot & Run portal mission. When the instance timed out, it froze my
character and I was shot and killed while being teleported out of the instance. This
glitch cost me my backpack which I cannot retrieve and my status bonuses that I have
been accumulating over the past two weeks.

=> 12 October 0:55 server time (5:55PM CST)

=> Loot & Run portal mission.

How can we help you now?
=> Because I was killed during the instance time-out, I consider this death a glitch and
I would like my backpack contents returned to me along with the status bonuses that
