What happened?

I was in the Sun Tribunal company with owner WhiskedHunter, we are making a reputation together on the Kriel Broodswarm territory.
The owner started to conflict with me and kick while I was offline. Company have a good reputation with game factions, but after then i connected later, everything was reset and all the factions, that were open even by me, were closed.

I would like reputation and most importantly the discovery of NPC factions.
It’s not fair, we worked together on reputation, I feel like I was robbed. It would be fair if the reputation was split when the player exit or kick.
Bugs are never fair.
Unfortunately we don’t have logs about that and I am not sure what happened.
You can buy a package to get Friendly with all NPCs, become a Master Patron to get the same or I can offer to rollback your character to 26.01.2023, ~00:30.
Not sure though if this fixes it though.

The problem is that the NPC fractions are not can be discovered now. Сan you reset them all, just to make them work without resetting the character?

I log in, reputation ok, thank you very much, but im on SunOrbit, cant spawn ship. I need move player to some planet or planet orbit, or trade some station.
