Lost CV, backpack and personal credits during CSW

What happened?
=> CSWed from EU to NA. Ship did not follow, backpack did. CSW:shiplessed back to EU to find CV. No CV backpack followed
CSWed back to NA. No ship and backpack did not CSW when complete. all credits lost on both characters. Tried one more time (cb:startjobs both ends). Several disconnect messages popped up throughout the whole process I’m afraid.

=> 0:30ish

=> CSW NA and CSW EU

=> Can’t check I’m affraid 36XXXX I believe

How can we help you now?
=> Could you warp my CV to me? Ideally near 74172 but just to CSW on NA is fine as I can spawn CV and come and pick it up Backpack if you can (don’t mind too much about this). I also had somewhere between 20million and 50million credits that went missing. If there is a record of them on databse would be cool to get them back.

I refunded the lost credits to you bank, restored your backpack, rearranged your ship to get spawned again and warped you (hopefully) to it.
