Lost everything

What happened?
=> Just got done buying matrix/bridges at polaris station, went out into field, do:bp and then spawned the SV. Polaris all immediately started to destroy my SV and my CV, lost all my loot and purchases. Not sure what to do here or if thats just it.

Let me guess, you were neutral to them, spawned a ship, got a rep penalty which made you hostile, boom. I wouldn’t expect admin help (although sometimes they’re nice) but you should reach out to other players for help.

Yup, I’m an idiot for not knowing that then. Thanks for the info. I guess if they cant do anything, then they cant do anything. Looks like it was my own stupidity.

As Robobot say’s, this is not an admin issue as its part of the game mechanics, but do try and reach out to the player’s for assistance

Damaged structures is always a pretty difficult topic for us, since our logs are pretty limited.

As Robobot and Gareth said, it might be best to ask the community for help ingame. They are usually very helpful.

If that doesn’t help and you feel this was an expensive loss for you, let me know and I’ll see what (or if at all) I can do
