Lost full toolbar of connected container due to server connection issue

What happened?
=> i was about to transfer a lot of stuff into ocd, so i connected to container and put a lot of valuable stuff in toolbar
got a server connection issue and was kicked
all items gone

(i added stuff between this time)
no change in cargo 1 was made after this happened
in case you have no backup, it was like 16k iron ingot, 16k neo ingot, 200 coolant, 300 magmacite, 8k titanium and 1.5k wood logs, but not exactly sure

Unfortunately we don’t have any logs about it, but as a one-time exception I’ll return the items to your inventory.
In the future, we would need a video of your loss, to be able to help with it.
