sorry to hear. Unfortunately we have no logs or tracks of players placing stuff.
The only offer I can make to you:
please send me your client log, I try to reproduce the error you had by placing an Advanced Auto Miner on (which?) resource.
If I can make a ticket out of it, I can refund it to you.

Hello, you should have the latest logs in private message. I was placing miner on Pentaxid (small).
