As a patron, you get one medical bay per season I wouldn’t recommend losing it.
Also, we are essentially blind towards what happened to the one you had. Since you’re relatively new, I’ll make an exception and return it to your inventory.
If you lose it again, you might be able to buy another one on the HWS Marketplace if someone else is selling one.

and what about the Patreon cores i cannot store them in OCD i know that is intended but do i also get one per season as well?

Yes Unless you buy them from the HWS Marketplace from other players. But keep in mind, it’s one per season, per server. If you CSW to RE EU, you can collect the Patreon Rewards there as well.

All the rewards you collect in EGS HQ are once per season, per server. There are no permanent one-time Patreon rewards, in terms of after full wipes.
I wouldn’t recommend losing it.
