Lost ships (despawned)

What happened?
=> i couldn’t be online for a while. My ships despawned - especially i miss my Akula

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)

Server? (EU or NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> about a month ago. i have no idea when the ships despawned

On which Playfield?
=> Requiem Sup System -3351/70/434

Structure Name(s)?
=> especially [FRN] Twix Akula - missing [FRN] Twix Miner, too. But the Akula is more important

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> Twix Akula: 363365; Twix Miner: 1573775

How can we help you now?
=> it would be great to get my ship(s) back.

Hey, I haven’t checked, but this is most likely wayyy too long.
Untouched ships are deleted after 15 days, and then the backup lasts another 3 days. Said in another way, 18 days.

A month is a lot longer than 18 days, so not much can be done here, sorry

For the future, there is a vacation package in https://support.hws.global where your ships can be stored “in the cloud” until the next full wipe, and then they don’t need to be touched.
