Lost stuff due to RL Fire, start by Landlord

What happened:
=> Wasn’t able to login till today, due lost of power to run my desktop. From my landlord got his apartment/Office on fire by try burn a tree stump, to close to the house where I rent a room. Problem is my ships and stuff on ship are wipe due to it been more then 2 week where I can run the game to reset timer, to keep my stuff and ships

Any help will be very helpfully.
My plans were, before RL event, to get most of my items and resources mined or recycle from ship ready for wipe with OCD storage. I do have some fund to fall back on in EB and some stuff in OCD.
