When did you buy this package? Check your PayPal history to make sure it went trough, since there was some problems earlier this week

Or let me ask you: did you click on the buy button while you were logged in to HWS Connect or not?
If you were connect to HWS Connect @Jascha has to check this. If there are 2 players with the same name our system should use the steam id…
i was indeed connected to hws at the time. i got level25 and 10000 skill points in the same transaction
