I didn’t create this mission so I can’t help you really.
Best to contact the Creators Ravien or rather @Vermillion about this.

Stand next to the switch and turn off and on the mission and it should reset the PDA signal to the switch to turn on.
I wish the PDA signals were more reliable, but sometimes they either fail or there’s a long delay before it sends the signal.
