Dear support,
This morning, approximately 7min ago, I purchased 500 Zascosium bars from another player. The transaction took my credits (30,000), but the bars never arrived in pending, and thereby never arrived for pickup. I am not certain if this is a repeatable bug or not, but felt it worth posting.
I’ve tried relogging thus far with no luck.
