What happened:
Checked my EB balance this morning (~138 million), someone bought 1x epic heavy armor after that for 1.49 million(shows up on player log), but the balance still shows ~138 million.

All is right. I guess you had the wrong Bank-Value in mind:
(blue marked is the Bank change from the Sell you mentioned)
Check the 9:02 entry! It already went from 136mill to 138mill, because of the 1.5mill interest. For some reason the bank interest was removed again, the following entry shows 136 again.

Hope you found the root of the problem. Wouldn´t want to keep track of every transaction.

There was a problem this morning indeed. But I did not see that it reset your bank to the amount before.
Its very rare.
