Apart from the RP requirement, is there anything special about these planets (well moons I guess) in terms of POIs, trade stations etc? There appears to be nothing in the guide and search of the forums is mostly people getting trapped due to not having enough RP. The only thing alluded too in one post is public penthouses.
I would be grateful if anyone who knows about them could give me some information.
