I co-run a small (~20 players) gaming community in Australia. We’ve recently started running EGS and I’ve been asked to look into server management and monetisation software. There doesn’t seem to be much out there; not like there is for Ark and other games.
I was wondering if HWS share, or are willing to share, their custom software or can recommend specific tools. We’re just after something to simplify/automate the provision of supporter in-game rewards. We’re not interested in custom content.
Everything we have is custom made for HWS. Empyrion Admin Helper is the go-to tool for server management in Empyrion, and I think it can be set up with some monetization platforms like Patreon or custom donations, but don’t quote me on that.
At least that’s how we do it, but EAH was made for and by HWS, and I’m not sure if it’s custom features that only we have.
But either way; EAH is basically a requirement for running a server in Empyrion.
I’ve been working with EAH thus far and while it does allow us to edit inventories, we can’t use it in conjunction with something like Tebex where a player to purchases something via the web store and has it delivered in-game. An admin still needs to fire up EAH and add each item, one at a time.
