Usually this happens due to a common docking-related bug. If you use cb:restore:ID, with the real ID of your ship, then that will probably restore it.
You can find it in Structure Commander in HWS Connect, or as the field you skipped says:
did not work for some reason i have the ship but the core had disaperd i had now but normal core in it is there any way to get patreon core again somewhere

Ah, you mean only the core disappeared.
If you find me the structure ID I can check. Without it, I can’t really do anything here

What I see in the logs is that you removed the core by 10:57 today, and then you added another core 10 minutes later.
I can also see your multitool ammo decreasing by 1 
So I guess you didn’t know that Patreon Cores cannot be picked up with a multitool. Only by using EGS Recycle on your entire ship, you can get it back.
Does that sound about right?

or is it even posible get new one?
You probably just clicked your multitool by accident, and that did it. Technically not a bug
But no worries, as an exception I’ll put the core back into your ship.
