You have to completely the (F1) PDA mission called HWS 12 Reladed gift, or something like that. It takes 10 seconds, and will giev you level 25.
Sorry to bother you again, good sir, but I just can’t find the mission. The only HWS I can find are some repeatable ones in the solo mission tab, but they don’t give me any level.
It was a temporary gift.
Alternative easy solution: use the HWS Connect Skill Tree for fast level 25.
