What do you mean with “Rebels”?

About Guilty: Please check your Player logs. There you find the answer.
About RP: you did not have your origin weapon with you. So no RP.

by rebels i mean players sorry for the confusion. I looked in the log all the kills are missing and only after some time it started showing up unlawful kills.

That you don’t see all guilty kills is because the log does not persistent through months. But the counter remembers it nevertheless.
