Done, I think it is ok now. There are 3 structures to be recovered if possible. Mainly the Base please
The reason is partially as you said yourself:
But this was actually only the base. The two other vessels you mentioned were deleted by a common docking bug. Those two you can restore yourself with cb:restore:ID 
The base I will restore in a moment as an exception, so you get another chance to leave the starter system.
