What happened:
=> In Season 7.XX I made a large purchase including Resource Package XL, Iā€™ve used the command do:re:xl SERVER: Sorry you donā€™t have any resource packages left of that kind. Iā€™ve never used it and when I purchased it (the reason I purchased it) is because it was ā€œpermanentā€, not a one time use. Anyway, it seems my XL package has been deleted

Have you claimed it before? It is one time use.

Itā€™s permanent in that IF you donā€™t claim it, it will always be there waiting for you even if you purchased it multiple seasons ago.
Itā€™s still a one time use, itā€™s just permanent until you claim it.

If you have never once claimed it before then there might be an issue.
