My Resource Package XL Missing

What happened:
=> In Season 7.XX I made a large purchase including Resource Package XL, I’ve used the command do:re:xl SERVER: Sorry you don’t have any resource packages left of that kind. I’ve never used it and when I purchased it (the reason I purchased it) is because it was “permanent”, not a one time use. Anyway, it seems my XL package has been deleted

Have you claimed it before? It is one time use.

It’s permanent in that IF you don’t claim it, it will always be there waiting for you even if you purchased it multiple seasons ago.
It’s still a one time use, it’s just permanent until you claim it.

If you have never once claimed it before then there might be an issue.
