Hey,

rex is on his way into vacation.
Since thats his area could you please tell me WHY you need that base converted and how you got the right for it? (Sorry, this is usually only done by rex and I am missing the background here. And I could not find any logs)

There are many free base on Meta for ferst players who can gey it. But its a BUG what nobody can get no 1 of this base because its cant be converted by players. In early season we can get base by myself, but prevision and this season we cant.
Will be cool if Rex of Ju fix it bug, but befor we must write ticket

it is not a bug, in last season there was some idiot was going around and salvaging ALL the bases there so Rex had to put admin cores in them to prevent the griefing
