Need help. CV doesn't spawn after CSW

How can we help you now?
=> After doing CSW from NA to EU server - I have spawned - and nothing happens. My ship doesn’t spawn. But this CV doesn’t show in Structure Commander on both servers.
Requrest to restore my CV on EU (or NA) server with invertory.
CV name is Adv Explorer.
Trying to log in both EU and NA RE servers - CV gone and doesn’t spawns.
cb:startjobs not working.

I tried logging into the servers again - to no avail. CV is neither here nor there.
I would still like to understand what I did wrong, or vice versa, didn’t do it - after all, I’m an Explorer - I’ve done CSW hundreds of times before…

It’s very important that you fly with your jetpack and and move after doing the CSW. Try this please.

If it doesn’t help, you’ll need to wait for Rex to see the ticket.

Yep, I flied and moving a lot - on both servers.
And waiting about ~10-15 minutes after each login.
Have tried that 3-4 times on each server.
Still nothing.

I restored it on HWS RE NA for now.
Not sure why it happened.
Jascha took care of CSW issues in the past…
