Need Server Key Card for mission, Burning Bridges - reopened

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> Was connected to full container when accessing Server Console in Titan Rear on Burning Bridges mission. When items, including second key card dropped, could not pick them up. They despawned before I could disconnect from container. Cannot get another keycard from console. From forum, I understand that the item token is 4001 so that I can progress the mission.

Same as Need Server Key Card for mission, Burning Bridges which was closed without being solved.

ok done but normally not our job and exception, since it’s user mistake and the creator of RE should implement redundancy fallbacks in such cases.

Much appreciated! Thank you for making the exception.
Not being able to complete this mission was blocking my ability to progress to the next mission and experiencing potentially new content.
