New player requires help on Pirate Tutorial

What happened?
=> Submitting on behalf of another player. He is unable to submit a ticket because the fourms tell him “Access Denied”

He is extremely new, and appears to not fully understand the layout of POIs yet. Due to my inability to get to him phsyically (he is located on a tutorial planet) I request administrator help on his behalf.

Player is stuck in a POI with glitched terrain. He is unable to locate the exit, and has lost his backpack several times. He has his backpack and a ship on the surface that he can’t get to.
I believe the exit is unfortunately blocked up with terrain due to the glitch. He got into the POI by falling down a hole he can’t jump out of again.

=> Teleport the player character to a safe zone nearby. If you could, please move his ship and his player character to Pirate HQ, so I can get to him in future should he require help. (Permission from player has been given for the move, btw)

Could you tell him to check discord?
I’ll move him and his ship once he gets me the ship ID :slight_smile:

He probably won’t be able to tell you the ship ID, he’s pretty new!

I just need to know where the ship is at, then I can find it myself. :slight_smile:

Worst case have him fresh start as a freelancer. Non can scoop him up and show him the ropes.

After 4 days a response? Oof…

I restored his backpack and restored his ship.
No clue though if he is in a safe zone right now and/or his ship is fully working.
Would have need more details.
