**What happened:**Clicked daily loot: did not receive loot

How can we help you now:
I logged into the server, waited 2 minutes or so, and clicked daily loot, the timer on the website restarted as if i got the loot, but never received it in game. the website also did not log any daily loot reward being received.

Did you got a Skill Point at least?

im not sure about skill points, no log of it.
i have 20 skill points, my player skill tree is already maxed.

When you are even IN the game I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t work. I also didn’t get any log of that process.

I only can see a database request at 09.02.2018 - 19:34:24.

Oh wait… there is EXACTLY at that time a tool request aswell but it says “no valid player ID”.
If I look it up it’s from a “cat” player… are you by any means playing with another account or is someone using your networks as well at home?

Something didn’t work there at least… will look with Jascha further and let you know then.

nobody else on my network, i have no other accounts that play empyrion.
