i spawn as new player in faction pirate, the alien should spawn and give me the level dont spawn, i should wait 1 day and reset again, my friends are waitind for me to left the tutorial planet and star the game.

Why ou need to be lvl 25 anyway for him to not leave you? what server do you need help on?
what is your ingame name?
Try to deactivate and reactivate the PDA chapter again.
If you can please share a screenshot. So far it worked all the time.
