No RP as Explorer for having Structures in PVE and PVP

Hi!
Yesterday I tried to archieve the " 10 RP for living in PvE AND PvP" Reputation Point Gain. I did build a little Base near our Sun (wich should be PVP) but I didnt get those 10 RP.

Can you tell me why, or what I have to do different?

sun sectors are not PvP. that’s a lie in the galaxy map. there are only 3 PvP zones in RE i know of. Maveth Sector, Black Hole Sector, and Golden Globe Planet.
