What happened: Did not recieve my daily loot .
Player(s) with issue: me, INoX.
Server: Freelancer NA.
Time (cb:time): 15/1/18 at 16:26pm +0 GMT.
Playfield: Freelancer HQ.
Structure Name(s): N/A.
Structure ID(s): N/A.
How can we help you now: Was wondering if it is possible to reinstate the daily bonus loot as the window did not pop up and there was no possible way of grabbing it. I re loaded the connect page and the time has reset as if it accepted my clicks. Many thanks in advance.

Hey,

yes, I saw in the logs you clicked on the button during your login process. That is a problem sometimes and it’s lost.
We always recommend to claim your daily loot either while completely offline or online flying around somewhere for example. Will make it clear on the window as well now.

Gave you the loot manually for now

Thank you for that, due to me being thick as all hell tonight if you don’t mind me asking where did you manually add them? once again thank you for your help and I will make sure it does not happen again.
