Well yes on the one hand it will be difficult to decide but on the other hand it shows perfectly what the true nature of Empyrion is. It is just about balance. No matter how tryhard PvP you are in your heart everyone sooner or later enjoys PvE. At least if we force it a bit with OCD Balance is always important and yes even if we have a dedicated PvE server in EU (and soon maybe in NA too) everyone should have a chance to build up and fight as they wish and fresh meat interesting new fig…
