Not sure what I’m doing wrong

Hi I seem to be having a bunch of problems any settings I change seem to not want to take affect they keep on reverting to default I am also unable to enable the autominer as well as any of the commands like the go to ship I am sure I’m doing something wrong I have followed the guide that they gave to the letter and I’ve read it extensively but I seem to still not be able to enable setting’s In settings like the autominers I can’t enable at all it’s grayed out
