That is why there is a warning sign at the beginning that you can’t go out 
I wonder why you are stuck there / where you need help with?
It’s is a bit difficult but totally doable.
Otherwise go back to the beginning where you entered the Temple → open the console → type “destroyme” → spawn near → go to the entrance and pick up your backpack by opening the door.
